Academic staff guarantee high teaching standards. The staff consists of 200 specialists of the Higher School of Tourism and Hotel Industry, state-owned universities in Tricity and outstanding representatives of business activity. The staff is divided into the eight following departments: Department of Tourism, which consists of 3 Institutes (Institute of Economics of Tourism, Institute of Geography and Tourism Development and Institute of Tourism Organisation), Department of Hospitality, Department of Information Technology and Quantitative Methods, Department of Management and Marketing, Department of Recreation and Health Promotion, Department of Economics and Law, Department of Social Science and Institute of Foreign Languages.
