HOW TO APPLY FOR A BACHELOR'S PROGRAMME
The main conditions for enrolment on the programme by Polish
citizens:
- completing a secondary school;
- passing the final secondary school examination;
- submitting all relevant documents.
Required documents:
1. polish certificate of the final secondary school examination or
non-Polish certificate provided with apostille or legalized non-Polish
certificate;
2. relevant health certificate;
3. copy of identification document (ID);
4. application form, which may be filled in at
the Recruitment Office;
5. study contract signed by the candidate and
the school, which may be filled in at the Recruitment Office (in
duplicate);
6. three passport-size photos (with signatures of the applicant on
reverse);
7. registration fee;
All documents must be originals and should be submitted to the
Admissions Office of HSTHI.
The enrolment procedure starts at the beginning of January each year.
There is no qualification exam required. Candidates are recruited by
the order of submitting their applications.
The condition for enrolment on the Bachelor's programme by
foreigners (non-Polish citizens) is to submit all relevant documents:
1. polish certificate of the final secondary school examination or
non-Polish certificate provided with apostille or legalized non-Polish
certificate,
2. copy of visa or residence card or an other document entitling the
applicant to stay on the territory of Poland, THE PROCEDURE FOR ENROLMENT FOR THE
CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT HAVE A VISA,
(application form for the return of documents); (application form for the return of the tuition fee)
3. relevant health certificate,
4. copy of a document that certifies the candidate's insurance on the
territory of Poland,
5. document certifying the knowledge of Polish language,
6. copy of passport,
7. application form, which may be filled in at the Recruitment Office,
8. study contract signed by the candidate and the school, which may be
filled in at the Recruitment Office (in duplicate),
9. three passport-size photos (with a signature of the applicant on
reverse),
10. registration fee,
11. tuition fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The inauguration of the academic year usually takes place on 27
September (International Tourism Day) each year.
The academic year at HSTHI consists of a winter and a summer semester.
The winter examination session is usually held during the first two
weeks of February, followed by a one-week semester break.
The summer examination session lasts over three weeks and usually
starts at the beginning of June.
FEES
Full-time Bachelor's programme:
- registration fee: 250 PLN
- tuition fee for one semester: 2200 PLN
Part-time Bachelor's programme:
- registration fee: 250 PLN
- tuition fee for one semester: 1900 PLN
Part time Bachelor's studies (evening classes):
- registration fee: 250 PLN
- tuition fee for one semester: 1800 PLN
Tuition fees can be paid in installments.
DISCOUNTS
Applicants who pay in advance for the whole school year can obtain a 5
% discount.
Applicants who pay in advance for one semester can obtain a 2,5 %
discount.
Applicants who turned 40 years old, can obtain a 10 % discount.
