HOW TO APPLY FOR A MASTER'S PROGRAMME
The condition for enrolment on the programme by Polish
citizens is to submit all relevant documents:
- certificate of the final secondary school examination;
- university diploma;
- agreement between the candidate and the school;
- application form;
- copy of an identification document (ID);
- relevant health certificate;
- three passport-size photos (with the signatures of the applicant on
reverse);
- registration fee;
All documents must be originals and should be submitted to the
Admissions Office of HSTHI.
The enrolment procedure starts at the beginning of January
each year. There is no qualification exam required. Candidates
are recruited by the order of submitting their applications.
The condition for enrolment on the Master's programme by
foreigners (non-Polish citizens) is to submit all relevant documents:
1. certificate of the final secondary school examination,
2. polish university diploma or non-Polish university diploma provided
with apostille or legalized non-Polish university diploma or an other
document of the final examination entitling the applicant to apply for
Master's programme,
3. copy of visa or residence card or an other document entitling the
applicant to stay on the territory of Poland,
4. relevant health certificate,
5. copy of a document that certifies the candidate's insurance on the
territory of Poland,
6. document certifying the knowledge of Polish language,
7. copy of passport,
8. application form, which may be filled in at the Recruitment Office,
9. study contract signed by the candidate and the school, which may be
filled in at the Recruitment Office,
10. three passport-size photos (with a signature of the applicant on
reverse),
11. registration fee,
12. Master's seminar preference declaration,
13. tuition fee.

- HSTHI graduades by the order of submitting their applications,
- other schools' graduates - the result of the interview.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The inauguration of the academic year usually takes place on 27
September (International Tourism Day) each year.
The academic year at HSTHI consists of a winter and a summer semester.
The winter examination session is usually held during the first two
weeks of February, followed by a one-week semester break.
The summer examination session lasts over three weeks and usually
starts at the beginning of June.
FEES
Full-time programme:
- registration fee - 50 PLN
- tuition fee for one semester - 1800 PLN
Part-time programme:
- registration fee - 50 PLN
- tuition fee for one semester - 1900 PLN
Tuition fees can be paid in installments.
DISCOUNTS
HSTHI Bachelor's graduates do not pay the registration fee.
Applicants who pay in advance for the whole school year can obtain a 5
% discount.
Applicants who pay in advance for one semester can obtain a 2,5 %
discount.
Applicants who turned 40 years old, can obtain a 10 % discount.
