HSTHI's Career Office assists students and alumni seeking to enter the job market, so that they may acquire a job that corresponds to their qualifications and aspirations.


ACTIVITIES

Job searching by means of establishing and maintaining contacts with companies and agencies of the tourism and hotel industry.

Collaborating with the Provincial Employment Office as well as the District Employment Office in order to supplement the search for jobs in Poland and abroad.

Collecting information about opportunities to increase qualifications. (language courses, postgraduate classes, study abroad)

Organizing workshops to prepare students to enter the workplace, including topics such as professional advising, art of self-presentation, and developing interview skills.

Updating of the information offered in HSTHI's Career
Office, which includes:

- Temporary, seasonal, and permanent job offers.
- Information on job fairs.
- Daily bulletin with job offers.
- Examples of how to write a professional resume curriculum vitae and cover letter.
- Informational handouts concerning various recruiting techniques used by employers.
- Newsletters about launching a business enterprise.
- Student loan information.
